Your labels stay yours.

What stays on your device

• Labels, templates, drafts and print history are stored only in the app’s local storage on your iPhone or iPad.
• Settings and the remembered printer (its Bluetooth identifier and model) are stored on your device in the app’s preferences.
• Rendering of labels, images and codes happens entirely on your device.

The app has no accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party SDKs, and it does not contact any server operated by us or anyone else.

Bluetooth

PurrPrint uses Bluetooth only to find nearby printers and send them what you print. Nearby device names are shown in the app and are never transmitted anywhere else.

Photos and files

An image you choose to print is read on your device and converted for the printer. Files you export (.labels) or a diagnostic log you choose to share leave the app only through the iOS share sheet, to the destination you pick.

A diagnostic log is kept in memory only and can contain the content of labels you printed.

Support links and email

The Help & Support links open this website in your browser. Contact support opens an email draft in your mail app with the app version, iOS version, device type and remembered printer model filled in. You can edit or delete these before sending. We receive an email only if you send it, and use it only to answer you.

Deleting your data

Deleting labels in the app removes them. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
